St E thoughts and challenges

We’re in the middle of the work week and tomorrow’s St E again.

I thank God for His wisdom and leading in the ministry. The Lord is blessing the ministry and I thank God also for the faithful laborers who’re committed to the ministry.

Thank God for the many professions of faiths in recent months and also for the fruits that are abiding. We will be short changing ourselves if we think we’re on a roll or resting on our laurels. The Bible tells us “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few.” As Ian had mentioned, let us have an “holy dissatisfaction” and ask the Lord to enlarge our territory as Jabez had prayed. (1 Chronicles 4:9)

Street evangelism is not an easy ministry and the only success/victory we can experience is only through co-partnering with the Holy Spirit. Anything done without the co-operation of His Spirit will result in “wood, hay and straw” which are perishable and not of eternal value.
May all laborers realize this very important truth and to be surrendered to Him in all we say and do.

I’ve been seeking the Lord for His direction in the ministry and I admit I’ve had a laissez faire approach to date but guess what……. No more of such “Free-rein” leadership.

By His wisdom and grace, let’s us put the ministry in order. I’d spent the past couple of days sharing with some co-laborers the plan and vision for the ministry. Some changes will be implemented and enforced. Please look out for Annie’s e-mail and pray about the suggestions.

See you guys tomorrow at 6:50pm
