Uncle Dave n aunt Lillie

Hehehe. It’s a good thing I got up early this morning. I had a call and before I could say anything, I heard a “wake up”!!!

It’s uncle Dave on the line. It’s been ages since we spoke on the phone and no thanks to my busy schedule, I’ve not been writing uncle Dave and aunt Lillie who incidentally are parents of Lisa and parents-in-law to our very own pastor Mike.

I used to write to the Barnes a couple of times a month but my e-mails have dwindled down to an average of one a month.

Just the other day, I got an e-mail from pastor Mike’s step mom as well. I’m like the liaison guy for the Redicks. All their parents check with me on their whereabouts. Hey, I should be remunerated for my efforts :P

Anyway, it was fun chewing the fat with uncle Dave. We miss each other and I can’t wait to hang out with them next year. The good news is everyone’s doing well and staying healthy.

Gotta get on with the day’s events. Please pray for Rogan, Ian, and myself. We’re visiting Rogan’s dad in the hospital.
